🍼 Return Policy – Baby Dress (Cash on Delivery Orders)

At Kristy Fashion, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

✅ Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a wrong product, damaged item, or wrong size.

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

🚫 Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns if:

  • The item has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • The product was purchased during a sale or discount offer.

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, the refund will be processed as store credit or exchange only (no cash refund).

  • If you choose an exchange, you must send the product back using your own delivery service. Once received and inspected, we’ll ship the replacement item.

🔁 Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via Facebook page, WhatsApp, or email within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and a photo/video of the product showing the issue.

  3. Once verified, we’ll guide you through the return process.

⚠️ Important Note

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases.
